Shipping Information
We ship our drought-resistant succulents and flowering vines with the same protective care we give our delicate hummingbird mint. Here’s what you need to know:
Order Processing
Your order will be carefully prepared within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Our garden specialists hand-select each plant and bulb with the same attention we give our deer-resistant varieties.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving within 10-15 business days after dispatch. We recommend this for time-sensitive deliveries.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days. Perfect for patient gardeners planning seasonal plantings.
Note for International Customers: While we ship globally (except certain Asian and remote regions), delivery times may vary. Some countries may have import restrictions on live plants – please check your local regulations before ordering our butterfly plants or flower bulbs.
Returns & Exchanges
Just as some plants thrive in full sun while others prefer shade, our return policy has different conditions depending on the product type. We aim to make the process as simple as planting one of our coreopsis tickseeds.
General Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition with packaging intact. Like our delicate sea thrift, some items require special handling:
Non-Returnable Items
To protect our living inventory, we cannot accept returns on:
- All live plants (including our butterfly plants, cottage garden plants, and pollinator favorites like milkweed and coneflower)
- Flower bulbs (allium, crocus, daffodil, and other bulbs that have left our nursery)
- Personalized items
- Products not in original condition (opened seed packets, planted items)
Return Process
Our return process grows as follows:
- Contact Us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval – Our specialists will respond within 2 business days with instructions
- Package Securely – Repack items in original packaging (like we do with our sulphur buckwheat shipments)

Refund Details
Once we receive and inspect your return (with the same care we give our desert landscaping plants), we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. For protection, we recommend using trackable shipping (like the DHL/FedEx services we use).
Exchange Policy
Prefer a different full sun plant or flowering vine? We’re happy to exchange most items within 30 days of purchase. Follow the return process above and specify your desired exchange in your email. We’ll include shipping instructions for your new selection.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your alternative lawn seeds arrived damaged or you received the wrong hummingbird mint variety, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue so we can correct it.
